Delivery & Returns



  • SAFF & EATH offers free shipping Australia wide.

  • Delivery to New Zealand is offered at a flat date of $20 AUD.

All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

Your goods will be delivered by our carbon neutral delivery partner Sendle where possible, or via Australia Post when necessary. If you are not home a safe location will be identified and a notification card will be left in your letterbox. If a safe location is not found they will leave a note to advise you how to make alternate arrangements.

SAFF & EATH will exchange, refund or provide a credit note on full priced product returned within 14 days of purchase. 

To request a return please email __________________________ and quote your order number along with your reason for return and if your would like a refund or exchange.


Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or your PayPal account, less the original shipping charge.

Please note card refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. PayPal refunds can take up to 5 business days.


Your exchange will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the exchanged product. 

Sale returns

Mark Down and Promotional Sales are Final Sale - refund, return or exchange only as prescribed by Trade Practices Legislation.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange on sale product. 


Late returns + exchanges

Exchanges beyond 14 days may be accepted only at the discretion of SAFF & EATH. Refunds are not applicable. 

If something is faulty

SAFF & EATH considers items as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.  

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


We have made every effort to display product as accurately as possible however, as screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour will be completely accurate. 


All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.
